It was delayed more than I expected, and even I thought of postponing my plan to next intake due to this delay in loan process. They are very professional and checked all the things of students thoroughly. They offered proper guidelines to attend my visa appointment. They even assisted me for filling my passenger locator form, COVID kit booking etc., Actually I should have taken my RT PCR test before 48hrs from my landing time to the UK but, unknowingly I took earlier than that!! Team Dolphin notified that and instructed me to take the test again at a right time. And this helped me to get my pre departure thing done smooth!! This is the best example for caring the students until their last-minute process. And even after reaching UK I'm getting their guidance when needed.
